I just ran the Crazy Legs Trail 10K+ in 53:00. And I'm up to 18 miles on my long weekend run.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Build mileage up over 30 per week, and then work on speed without getting injured. Would like to skip over the road marathon and maybe try an ultra or a trail marathon first. Also want to run a 5 minute mile.

Devil's Backbone to Horstooth Mountain trailhead, out and back. Weather was nasty. Wind and cold, a little precip, and I was underdressed and didn't bring enough food! 3:40
